Duffs
Whooa!!! Warren and Heather have a blog. Make sure you check out their new son’s hair (it’s wild).
Oh, and Jensen think’s Heather’s great fun at activity days!!!
Running on
I took off a week from running for a number of lame reasons and finally went back out today. It wasn’t easy but, I’ve been feeling so crappy the last few days I couldn’t help to go back out.
I was scheduled for week 7, session 3, run five minutes, walk one, eight times. I made it and I’m already starting to feel better (despite the little cold I have).
So if you’re reading this and you also started the 13-week-program and have been out with sick. Don’t give up… go back out… if it’s tough… run a little slower or walk a minute longer… keep moving forward.
Of course if you have an injury, you’re excused, Michele’s had an issue with her hip that wouldn’t go away, so she out for probably a month (but she is still walking).

Wii Boxing: Dave vs. Brandy
Wii Sports is fun to talk about, but even better to watch. Here’s a clip of Dave and Brandy throwing it down in Wii Boxing. Watch to see who wins…
Lego Maniac
I was browsing through iPhoto and noticed this photo of Quinan that Michele (or KJen) must have taken about a week ago.
Quinan has been hooked on Lego Star Wars for a few weeks and just in the last couple days started playing with regular Legos (the ones with mini-figs, not the duplos in the picture). I’m so proud of my son, he’s growing up so fast now.
I didn’t have Lego Star Wars as a young boy, I did have Legos and spent countless hours building, imagining and pretending. I’m making up for the Star Wars part now.
Do you remember when the modern mini-figs first came out in the late ’70s, I do, they were so much better than the first mini-figs without arms or legs. Honestly I’m surprised mini-figs are still just as popular today.
